How to use our Aromatherapy Balms
Gently massage onto your wrists, temples, neck, hands or feet to carry your favourite scent through the day — and experience the aromatherapeutic benefits along the way.
These balms also double as a nourishing skin treatment, or try a simple palm inhalation ritual: warm a small amount between your hands, cup them to your face, breathe deeply, and let the scent anchor you.
Because scent travels directly to the part of the brain that processes emotion and memory, aromatherapy inhalation is a powerful and almost instant way to self-soothe.
A note on scent: Our balms are made with 100% natural botanicals and no synthetic fragrances, meaning the scent is softer and more grounding than a traditional perfume — and skin warmth is what brings it to life. Our base contains beeswax, which has a natural honey-like scent that some noses may notice more than others. Scent is also deeply personal — just like perfume, these balms will smell a little different on everyone depending on your skin chemistry. If you're looking for a subtle, skin-close scent rather than a bold fragrance statement, these were made for you.
Blended into a base of organic shea, jojoba, kokum butter and beeswax.
