Peace is a gentle blend of clary sage, calming lavender, earthy vetiver, and a touch of lemon balm to support the nervous system and calm the mind. Peace can also be useful in times of restless sleep and anxiety - try using it in the evening to encourage a restful sleep & bring the calm to your space.
Made with Lavender (French, Bulgaria & Spain), Clary Sage (France), Chamomile (Nepal), Red Eastern Cedarwood (USA), Vetiver root (India), Lemon Balm, Also known as Melissa (England), Lavender Flower Essence.
*Clary sage is traditionally used during childbirth for its soothing properties. However, as it’s considered an emmenagogue, we do not recommend using this blend during pregnancy.
How to use our Aromatherapy balms: Wear it on your skin and carry your favourite scent with you through the day. Gently massage on your wrists, temples, neck, hands or feet and experience their aromatherapeutic properties. These balms double as a nourishing skin treatment or can be a simple palm inhalation ritual: massage a small amount into your hands, cup your hands, breathe deeply, and let the scent anchor you.
Aromatherapy inhalation is a powerful way to self soothe. Because scent travels directly to the part of the brain that processes emotion and memory, its effects can be felt almost instantly.
Blended into a base of organic shea, jojoba, kokum butter and beeswax.
