Creating your own sacred space can be a powerful way to connect with yourself, find inner peace, and deepen your spiritual practice (whatever that means for you). Here are some tips to help you create your own sacred space:

  1. Choose a space:  Choose a space that feels right to you. It could be a room or small area in your home, a corner of your garden, your bath, or any other quiet and peaceful place where you feel comfortable and relaxed.

  2. Clear the space: Once you've chosen your space, clear it of any clutter, distractions, or negative energy. We recommend using one of our space mists or some incense to bring some fresh energy into your space.

  3. Set the mood: Create a peaceful and calming atmosphere by lighting candles or listening to music. You may also want to use crystals, plants, or other natural elements to enhance the energy of your space.

  4. Personalise your space: Add objects that are meaningful to you, such as a statue or image of a deity, tarot/oracle cards (these are all optional - I understand not everyone resonates with these), a vision board, or a journal. A comfortable seat or cushion is also a good idea.

  5. Set your intention: Before you begin your sacred practice, set your intention for the space. This could be a specific goal, ritual or connection with yourself and the universe.

  6. Practice regularly: Make a habit of using your sacred space regularly. Whether you meditate, journal, or simply sit in silence, taking time for yourself in your unique space can help you feel more grounded, centered, and connected to your inner self. My favourite blend to use during meditation and journalling is Self - a blend created to help you focus.

Creating your own sacred space is a personal and meaningful process. There is no right or wrong way to do it, trust your intuition and let your creativity guide you!
